Our Available Services

Hydro Milling

Hydro-milling, also known as Aqua-Milling or Aqua-Lazing, is an efficient method of cleaning industrial piping through the implementation of HMG high pressure water pump system, HMG Hurricane Pipe Cleaning System, and HMG specialized nozzles and jets.

Steam Blow

A cleaning process wherein steam is generated through operation of a plant boiler system and allowed to pass through steam piping at higher mass flow rates than experienced during normal plant operation in order to remove debris, particulate, and chemical impurities from the system that would otherwise impact on and reduce the lifespan of sensitive downstream components such as rotating equipment.

Chemical Clean

A controlled application of chemically treated water to plant piping and equipment through a circular flow path that allows gradual heating of the fluid and continuous contact of chemicals with system internal metal surfaces to bind corrosion products, mill scales, and other deposits and transport them out of the system.

Air Blow

An immediate release of stored compressed air through piping and equipment designed to mobilize loose particulate and construction debris out of plant systems and away from sensitive downstream components.

Descaling

A controlled application of specific chemical formulations to the internal metal surfaces of plant piping and equipment designed to dissolve alkaline deposits that have formed as a result of contact with hot process water and to transport them out of the plant system.

Boil-Out

The removal of residual oils, greases, and protective coatings, resulting from normal manufacturing operations, from boiler heat transfer surfaces through the application of a heated alkaline chemical solution.

Pressure Testing

A method for qualifying the fabrication integrity of piping and pressure vessels which involves filling a specified system or section of a system with water, increasing the pressure to an established set point, and checking for sources of pressure loss.

Tap Flush

A highly-turbulent mixture of air and water propelled through a pipe system at high velocity using only clean, compressed air as the driving force, and capable of removing construction debris and corrosion products from the system that would otherwise foul sensitive system components such as control valve trims, check valves, strainers, instrumentation, and heat exchange surfaces during plant startup and in normal operation.
